Hong Bin, an arrogant man with anger issues, runs a game company where his employees fear him. His heightened sense of smell coincides with blackouts during which blades sprout from his back and he rampages through the city. When visiting injured employees at the hospital, he is captivated by the scent of a woman named Se Dong.
